The Dorset

The Dorset is an upscale British restaurant and bar located inside The Well complex in downtown Toronto. Executive Chef Ryan Lister draws on his southwestern English heritage to offer a coastal-English culinary perspective. For event planners, The Dorset offers a dedicated private dining room called The Chesil. This bright space features floor-to-ceiling windows and Juliet balconies, accommodating up to 80 standing guests or 52 seated.
